RealTime Solutions® established a Real Accelerated Sales® campaign for Franks RedHot® Sauce offering product trial to prospects of small regional chains and independent restaurants. Our Inside Sales team followed up with a rebate offer and an ongoing loyalty program, ultimately closing and retaining the sales.

Real Results

Franks RedHot® Sauce exceeded its goal three years ahead of plan, reaching 201% revenue gain with independent operators within two years and +$2.1M incremental growth.

Insights and Bonus Points for the Win…Back

RealTime Solutions conducted a digital survey and follow up calls to help Land O’Lakes learn why operators stopped or decreased purchases of their Macaroni & Cheese products. Insights revealed operators felt the product was too labor intensive, getting stuck to the pans and taking too much time to scrub clean. With this feedback, RTS developed a custom win-back promotion campaign with an Operator Loyalty bonus points incentive. Additionally, plastic pan liners were included in the loyalty program reward catalog so operators could redeem points to offset the cost and labor associated with the products.

Real Results

45% of operators began purchasing again and Land O’Lakes gained a 3.7% overall sales lift in the first 6 months after the promotion launched.

Targeting Top Prospects for Maximized Results

RealTime Solutions ran an ROI analysis to determine the points offer/case minimum/timeframe to maximize results for a new Real Rewards Cafe® offer for Campbell’s® to drive soup sales in the healthcare market. We ran a lucrative bonus points promotion to incent Top 200 Hospitals and Top 200 Assisted/Senior Living operators to purchase more products.

Real Results

Campbell’s saw a 47% increase in new operators purchasing qualifying products during the promotion time frame, and 121% increase in overall case volume across new and incremental business.
