RealTime Solutions began as a niche advertising agency in 1995. With a handful of folks leaning into our past professional experience in foodservice marketing, we recognized that we could – and should – deliver more than just remarkable creative services to our foodservice manufacturer clients. Mary Keske began her current role as CEO in 2009. Since then, the company has consistently posted double-digits growth every year under her visionary leadership.

Mary has 25+ years in the food industry and oversees all facets of the organization. She joined the company in 1997 as Director of Operations and became President in 2009. Under her guidance, the company has evolved from a foodservice operator rewards company into a robust data and analytics powerhouse. She has a knack for recognizing opportunities for growth and development, and she invests herself wholeheartedly into helping manufacturers, foodservice operators, and employees to grow. Outside of her leadership role, Mary is a passionate foodie who indulges in the Food Network and visiting the restaurants of top chefs around the country.
Stephanie has been immersed in business intelligence and strategy at RealTime Solutions for the past 10 years. In her 19-year foodservice and CPG career, she’s gained a broad spectrum of expertise. Her experiences in food marketing, brand management, manufacturing, and distribution allow her to see all perspectives and needs. She is especially passionate about data intelligence, constantly searching for insights and identifying trends that help drive growth in the food industry. She considers data an art, but her true canvas is a cupcake – she loves everything about baking.
Rebecca lives and breathes marketing and sales strategy, building strong relationships and innovative growth plans for numerous clients at RealTime Solutions. In her 25+ year career, she’s directed integrated sales, marketing, and communications strategy both at agencies and on the client side. Her super power is fresh, out-of-the-box thinking and she is often brought in when client challenges are unique. When Rebecca isn’t dreaming up grand growth plans, she’s spending as much time as possible outside and making sure her companions have the tastiest treats. She’s world-renowned for her Minnesota Boat Snack – and is happy to share her recipe.
Katye has 15+ years combined experience in marketing and sales management for the foodservice industry. Currently, she is the master muti-tasker, leading all marketing initiatives (including the many components of RealTime Solutions’ loyalty programs) and is deeply invested in all database-related projects. Katye builds remarkable process flows in her sleep – testing and flawless implementation are her strong suit, along with a special knack for finding the best grilled cheese sandwich in every city she visits.
Melissa drives regenerative solutions within the food industry as an integral component of RealTime Solutions. Leveraging her background in child nutrition and foodservice marketing through the Real Rewards Cafe® and Cool School Cafe® loyalty programs, she delivers real impact on the food industry through the lens of regenerative solutions. She offers solutions through communications, policy and data to drive food system rejuvenation, with recent hands-on studies in nutrient density and corporate ESG work. Melissa has a love for all food with a special affinity for Thai cuisine, which she developed while teaching abroad in Thailand.
Cassie’s unique combination of business education and human resources experience (combined with her love of people) allows her to apply business sense while balancing compassion and empathy to the team. Her role at RealTime Solutions expands to process development, playing an integral role with sample and product fulfillment, as well. Cassie has a wonderful ability to shine not only in the office, but also through her cooking, specifically Barbeque. She is a member of a competitive Barbeque team and hosts competitions for local charities.
